Due to the expedited nature of these filings, an additional Urgent Action Fee will apply as follows:

• Design or Trademark Applications: US $100 for each case

This fee covers priority handling, extended working hours, and the coordination required for same-day electronic filing. This urgent action fee shall be in addition to our normal fee for these cases.
